KILLING IT!!! Hitting the thousand mark is always a good month. Can't wait until I cross $1,500, that's for damn sure. Don't spend those divvys all at once now.

    1. Hey Lanny. I follow your blog and you're not doing so bad yourself! At the moment, I'm trying to resist buying a new car with my dividends. I've got a 9 year old car that is starting to rust in 20 different places and I love the appeal of a new car. Reinvest the dividends or buy a car - my brain has been fighting with itself for a couple weeks now.

  3. Great amount of income coming in and your yearly raises is what I want to build up to. Bringing in almost 500 a year in raises is awesome I will be close to 100 this year maybe a little over. Of course your dividend month was awesome also bringing in over 1600 watching it grow over the years is going to be Awesome. Keep up the good work.

  4. Another awesome month ADY! I'm very jealous of the $1,600+ dividends. But I'm also motivated and driven to get our family's passive income stream up to those levels!

Best wishes and continued success on your personal finance journey. AFFJ

  5. Awesome total for you June passive income. With those continuous dividend increases and fresh buys coming in you are well on your way to your goal of $80k. Buy cheap and keep! I like that!

  6. $1600 is almost unimaginable for someone like me just starting out. At least I know it's possible and that it can be done. Very inspiring.
