BP Increases Dividend


Today, BP increased its dividend from $0.57 to $0.585 per quarter, or 2.63%. While the stock’s current dividend yield is 4.65%, my YOC is 5.51%.

Six months ago, on October 29, 2013, BP increased its dividend to $0.57 from $0.54, or 5.56%.

The latest dividend increase adds $7.98 USD to my yearly dividends.

    1. No kidding. I wasn't expecting another increase so soon either. A combined dividend increase of 8.3% over 6 months for a stock yielding north of 4% is fantastic. Now if only the could drop a few bucks...
