Teva Increases Dividend

Today, Teva increased its dividend from about $0.32 to $0.34 USD per quarter.  In Israeli Sheqels, it’s an increase of 5.2%, or from 1.15 NIS to 1.21 NIS per year.

If you take into account the 15% dividend withholding tax, my quarterly dividend increases from $0.272 to $0.289, or 6.3%.

This will increase my yearly income by $13.94 USD (dependent on exchange rate of course).

As of today, my dividend increases for 2014 are:

  1. Teva is finally coming around after 2-3 years of lagging the market. Smaller dividend increase then I expected but I will keep holding,

    1. I too was expecting a bit more of a hike. I guess last years 15% compensates somewhat.

I keep wondering if Teva is undervalued or a value trap. I'll be keeping my shares for sometime to come.
