New Purchase - Occidental Petroleum Corp

In December, I posted my analysis of OXY. At the time, shares were trading in the $93 - $94 range.

Since then, shares have come down a few dollars and today, I purchased 25 shares @ $90.70 ($90.30 before commission). My initial dividend yield is 2.82%.

My forward 12-month dividends dropped by $90 as I had 100 shares on INTC called away last week. With today's purchase, my forward 12-month dividends are up by $64 and now sit at $5,472.20.

In other news, NSC increased its dividend from $0.52 to $0.54 per year, or 3.85%. While NSC shares currently yield 2.43%, my YOC is 3.72%.
